The complete care routine
Clean after use and take your time. Gentle handling and complete drying do more for longevity than aggressive cleaning ever will.
Prepare a Safe Space
Remove rings, watches, and anything sharp. Place the doll on a clean, soft towel and gather lukewarm water, mild unscented soap, soft cloths, dry towels, and an irrigator or cleaning bulb.
Wash Gently
Wipe away lubricant and residue first. Clean the skin with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth, using light pressure. Remove wigs and washable inserts and clean them separately.
Rinse Thoroughly
Use clean lukewarm water until no soap remains. Flush intimate openings gently with an irrigator on a low-pressure setting. Never force a brush or hard tool into an opening.
Dry Completely
Pat the surface dry—do not rub. Use a fresh absorbent stick or soft lint-free cloth for internal areas, then allow airflow until every part is completely dry before dressing or storage.
Restore the Finish
When the doll is fully dry, apply a very light, even layer of the care powder recommended for your model with a soft makeup brush. This helps reduce tackiness and keeps the surface comfortable to handle.
Store Without Pressure
Lay the doll flat on its back on a soft, clean surface, with joints in a relaxed neutral position. Keep it cool, dry, covered, and away from sunlight, dark fabrics, pets, and heavy objects.
Prevention is the safest treatment.
Dark and highly saturated fabrics can transfer dye to silicone. Wash new clothing first, test it against a spare material sample when available, and avoid leaving dark garments on the doll for long periods.
- Remove the clothing immediately.
- Clean gently with mild soap and water.
- Let the area rest; some transfer fades over time.
- Use only a model-approved stain remover.
- Test any product on a hidden area first.
Never bleach, scrub, or improvise with solvents. Contact Tinglise Support before treating a stubborn stain.

Disconnect powered parts and clean only as their instructions allow.
Common care questions
How often should I clean my doll?
Clean intimate areas after every use and wipe the body whenever needed. Inspect and powder only after the doll is fully dry.
Can I put my doll in the bath or shower?
A gentle shower may suit some models, but full immersion is usually not recommended. Protect the neck, head, electronics, and metal openings.
Which lubricant should I use?
Use a good-quality water-based lubricant unless the instructions for your exact model say otherwise.
Why does the skin feel tacky?
Confirm the doll is completely clean and dry, then apply a light layer of approved care powder.
How should I store the doll long-term?
Keep it flat on its back, cushioned and pressure-free, in a cool, dry, dark place. Relax the joints and reposition it periodically.
