Delivery Issues

Tinglise ships adult silicone mold products with FedEx, UPS, USPS, YANWEN, and other carriers. If something goes wrong in transit, you do not have to handle it alone. We will help verify the situation and explain the next step.

IMPORTANT ADDRESS NOTICE

Please check before ordering

A standard P.O. Box may be too small for your Tinglise package.

Adult silicone mold products require large protective cartons. Our packages are usually more than 40 cm (approximately 16 inches) wide. Even if a P.O. Box address is accepted at checkout, the box may not have enough room for the shipment.

What could go wrong

An oversized package may be redirected, held at another location, returned, misdelivered, or lost during extra handling. FedEx and UPS may also be unable to deliver to a standard P.O. Box.

How Tinglise helps

We recommend a complete residential or business street address that can safely receive a package wider than 40 cm. A staffed front desk, mailroom, or approved large-package receiving point is ideal.

If you only have a P.O. Box

Contact us before ordering and tell us the P.O. Box type and pickup arrangement. We will check the package dimensions and available carrier before confirming whether the address can be used.

Delays, returns, misdelivery, or loss caused by an address that cannot accept an oversized package may not be covered by Shipping Protection.

Common delivery issues

The issue you see. The help we provide.

Tracking has not updated for several days

A gap in tracking does not always mean your package is lost.

What may be happening

International transfers, carrier handoffs, customs, weekends, and peak-season volume can create longer gaps between scans.

How Tinglise helps

We review the latest carrier records. If the gap is longer than normal, we contact the carrier or logistics partner and open an inquiry.

What you can do now

Send us your order number and tracking number. Watch for calls, texts, or emails from the carrier while the inquiry is open.

The estimated delivery window has passed

Estimated delivery dates can change when conditions change in transit.

What may be happening

Weather, flight schedules, customs inspections, remote-area delivery, or carrier operations may affect the original estimate.

How Tinglise helps

We confirm where the package is and determine whether it is moving normally or needs a formal carrier investigation.

What you can do now

Contact us once the estimated delivery window has passed. We will explain the current status and next step.

The package may be lost in transit

You do not have to contact multiple carriers on your own.

What may be happening

Tracking may have stopped for an extended period, or the carrier may have confirmed that the package cannot be located.

How Tinglise helps

We help open and follow the lost-package investigation. Eligible orders with Shipping Protection may receive a replacement or compensation under the plan terms.

What you can do now

Have your order and tracking information ready. Respond promptly if the carrier asks you to confirm the delivery address.

Tracking says “Delivered,” but I did not receive it

A delivery scan does not always mean the package is already in your hands.

What may be happening

The package may be at a front desk, mailroom, parcel locker, side door, or another safe location, or it may have been accepted by someone nearby.

How Tinglise helps

We help check the delivery time, location, and available proof of delivery, then request a carrier trace when necessary.

What you can do now

Check all safe locations and wait until the end of the delivery day. If it is still missing, contact us promptly.

The carton or product was damaged in transit

Keeping the original packaging and clear photos helps us resolve damage faster.

What may be happening

Large packages can be crushed, punctured, dropped, or impacted during handling and transportation.

How Tinglise helps

We review the evidence and provide the next step under the Shipping Protection plan, carrier findings, and Tinglise after-sales policy.

What you can do now

Keep the carton, shipping label, and all packing materials. Photograph the outside, label, internal packaging, and damaged area.

The package is being returned

A package can be returned before it ever reaches your door.

What may be happening

An incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, missed customs notices, or an unsuitable P.O. Box can cause a return.

How Tinglise helps

We confirm the return reason and product condition, then explain the available redelivery or resolution options.

What you can do now

Do not refuse the package or ignore a carrier notice. Contact us first so we can help prevent an avoidable return.

Address changes

Entered the wrong delivery address?

Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it. Once the carrier has the package, an address change is not guaranteed and may involve an additional fee.

Optional Shipping Protection

Extra protection for every package.

Every customer can add Shipping Protection to a Tinglise order. It provides a clearer resolution path for eligible loss or transit damage.

Coverage is subject to the plan terms. Incorrect addresses, refusal, failed customs clearance, and theft after confirmed delivery may be handled differently from a package lost in transit.

International orders

Please respond promptly to customs and carrier notices.

International shipments may require clearance documents and may be subject to import duties, VAT, or carrier processing fees determined by the destination. Tinglise provides the basic order and shipping documents and can help you understand the package status. The recipient must respond to local customs or carrier requests.

Delays, returns, or disposal caused by missing information, unpaid local charges, or failure to complete customs clearance are generally not covered by Shipping Protection.
