Why can’t I see an installment option at checkout?
Options depend on your country, currency, order value, provider account, and eligibility. Not every plan is offered for every purchase.
Does Tinglise decide whether I am approved?
No. Klarna, PayPal, and Afterpay make their own approval decisions. Tinglise does not receive the internal details behind those decisions.
When will my Tinglise order be processed?
Orders confirmed through a checkout provider enter our normal order process. For a personal invoice plan, preparation or shipping milestones are agreed before the first invoice.
Can I change the payment schedule later?
Provider schedules are managed in the provider’s account or app. Personal-plan changes require written confirmation from Tinglise before the relevant due date.
