15-Day Return Policy:
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included. All returns require prior approval from Tinglise Customer Support.

Order Cancellations:
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on whether the item is in stock, customized, already in production, or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please stop using the product and contact us within 24 hours. Include your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video so we can review the issue.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot normally be returned unless a manufacturing defect has been verified.
